As long as you meet the criteria, you can apply to become a Certified to Build Builder or Approved Advisor (Design) at any time, even if you do not yet have a project on the go.

Trade Innovations grants High Performer Building certification at 2 stages of a project. These are detailed below.

Please review the Criteria page to understand minimum specification requirements.

Design - When a building is designed to meet the minimum specification requirements. This is either qualified by submitting plans or returning a declaration of intent to construct the building to meet the minimum specification requirements. (Note: Plans may be required as evidence as the project progresses to enable continued use of the branding.)

Built - Once a building is constructed, and meets the minimum specifications. This is either qualified by submitting Purchase Orders/Packing Slips or photograp[hic evidence.

Use of the High Performer Building brand and wording without a successful application is considered a breach of copyright and theft of intellectual property. In this case, legal action will be taken.
