Design Application Form
The following application form is required to be completed in order to be awarded a High Performer Building - Design Certification. This form is to be completed either when the project has completed concept design stage (in which case the form should be completed with the specifications intended to be used and a Declaration of Intent should be completed or when working drawings are complete. In both cases, plans should be submitted as evidence that the components have or will be specified in the Design.
Once the Design Application is approved by Trade Innovations, the member will receive the High Performer Building marketing collateral. On completion of the build, a Built Application Form must be completed in order to receive the High Performer Building Certification Pack.
