The High Performer Building Innovation Hub was created to be more than just a showroom—it’s a meeting place for the construction industry, a hub for collaboration, education, and innovation.
This purpose-built environment brings together leading suppliers and industry professionals to showcase cutting-edge products, share knowledge, and inspire progress.
Founded by Lester and Tim Haycock, the space embodies over 40 years of experience in advancing building practices. The Hub thrives on fostering connections, advocating for better practices, and showcasing innovative solutions in a welcoming and thoughtfully curated space. It’s a place where the industry comes to learn, grow, and shape the future of construction together.

The Meeting Room and Deck spaces have interconnecting doors and can be converted into a flexible meeting space for up to 16 people when combined, perfect for workshops, team sessions, or casual lunches.
Whether you're hosting a client meeting, workshop, or event, we offer a range of catering options including BYO food and beverages, access to our kitchen and bar facilities, and, of course, our famous HPB pizzas.
