A roll-formed steel joist floor system for rapid deployment and superior spanning

Designed and manufactured in NZ, SPEEDFLOOR® floor systems are lighter and faster to install than traditional timber joists or concrete slabs.  As well as residential applications they can also be used for mezzanine floors in commercial buildings, floors in portal framed sheds, platforms for industrial structures, and transportable units.

Cold formed joists are manufactured from high strength, pre-galvanised steel coil conforming to AS/NZ 1397 and are 30% lighter than timber.

C sections feature unique fold-out ‘tab’ shear connectors in the perimeter channel for fast and accurate joining and there is the option of pre-punched holes for fast, efficient installation of services. No cutting is required as the joist comes as a kit set package with framing plans for each specific project.
